I hope that 2019 is a better year for everyone.
2018 was not a bad year for me generally speaking. Yes I lost Sir, something that I still deal with. And lost some friends. Some not terribly missed, others very much so. But such is life.
I have taken control of my health, lost 40 pounds, am seeing a nutritionist, have my blood sugar under control, joined a gym, and have seen some doctors to address some minor issues.
So I am feeling pretty damn good lately! 😆
